Token design
A standard SPL token with no transfer hook, no tax and no rebasing. Everything interesting (evolution, identities, art) happens around the token, never inside transfers. Utility below is a proposal; nothing is live.

Token-2022 hooks run on transfers. They are not pool hooks and can't implement a universal swap tax or buyback. Transfer-fee extensions withhold fees in recipient accounts and complicate venue support. Neither is worth the risk for Oomi.

No paying for luck
Routing lives in the fee-treasury program: at most four routes summing to 10,000 bps, burn capped at 3,000 bps, and every change timelocked and announced. Burn is framed as retiring spent credits, never as a price mechanism.
No mint, liquidity pool, treasury or distribution exists yet. When the mint is created, its address will appear behind the Token Address button in the header. Until then that button copies coming soon.
